Over 91% of children in Sutton received an offer at their first preference primary school for September 2025, with all children receiving an offer on National Offer Day.

Sutton Council has been able to offer 98.2% of children in Sutton one of their top three preferences. Similarly, the Council has been able to offer 99% of children one of their six preference schools.

Sutton Council works with local schools and education service provider Cognus to ensure every Sutton child has access to a school place.

Parents and carers who applied online will receive an email notifying them to log on to their account and check their outcome at www.eadmissions.org.uk/signin.

Those who completed a printed application form will either receive an email or a letter notifying them of their outcome.

Parents and carers must formally accept the offer by the deadline given in the notification letter or email.

Councillor Marian James, Lead Member for Adults and Children, said:
“We are delighted that the overwhelming majority of children have once again been offered their first choice primary school. I know this is an exciting time for parents and their children, and I wish every child the best as they begin their school journey.”
