Pay Business Rates
There are several ways that you can pay your Business Rates bill.
Pay by Direct Debit
If you set up payments by Direct Debit, you could win £100 in our quarterly prize draw.
If you’ve registered for MyAccount, you can set up a Direct Debit by logging in or by creating a new account.
Find out more about how to use MyAccount.
If you can't use MyAccount, you can download a printable version of the direct debit form. It can be sent to us by email or post, to:
Council Tax Team,
Civic Offices,
St Nicholas Way,
Sutton,
SM1 1EA
You can choose to pay:
- over 10 or 12 months
- on the 1st, 8th, 16th or 23rd of each month (the April payment date is always the 7th and not the 1st)
Make sure you enter your bank account name exactly as it appears on your bank card/cheque book.
Once you’ve set up the Direct Debit, we’ll send a new bill to you within 10 working days. This will tell you how much you’re paying and when.
Amend or cancel your Direct Debit
If you can change your Direct Debit online, or cancel it anytime by contacting your bank or building society.
