The smoking cessation service in community pharmacies offers 4 weeks of behavioural support with face-to-face or telephone support and access to up to 12 weeks of free nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) to help you quit the habit for good. 

Support is available to anyone who lives or works in Sutton. 

You can drop into your local pharmacy at any time for support and advice.

Allen Carr's Easyway (ACE) - Quit Smoking  the Easy Way

Allen Carr's Easyway programme is a one-day seminar (online or in person) with follow up phone and email support for those who need it. 

It focuses on transforming an individual's perception of smoking, eliminating the feeling of deprivation often associated with quitting.  The programme is drug free and does not necessitate the use of additional stop-smoking aids like Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) or vapes.

The programme is free for anyone aged 18 or over who lives, works, or is registered with a GP in Sutton.
