It is your right to ask how your report of antisocial behaviour is being dealt with. This is known as the Community Trigger process.
You cannot use the Community Trigger process to report antisocial behaviour.
When you can use the Community Trigger
You can request a community trigger if you have reported the same incident of anti-social behaviour on three separate occasions in the last 6 months and you consider that there has been no action taken to offer a resolution.
How to request a review
Contact us to start the review process by downloading and completing the Community Trigger application form.
Complete the Letter of Consent if the trigger is activated by a third party on behalf of a victim.
We have been working with ASB Help since 2021 on our Community Trigger process and we are delighted to say that we are now accredited by them in the way that we deal with these. ASB Help is a registered charity in England and Wales set up to provide advice and support to victims of anti social behaviour.

Review and escalation
You can appeal within 2 weeks of receiving the final response if you are dissatisfied either with the way your trigger application was dealt with or how the case review has been carried out.
