What we might ask you
When you contact us, we’ll talk to you about:
- your situation
- what you need
- how your needs could be met
- what support your have from family and friends
What we can do
We'll look at how your disability, illness or condition affects your daily life and if you're able to do certain tasks. Depending on your situation, we’ll either:
- give you information and advice on support available in your community
- refer you to a voluntary sector organisation or other support to help you to live independently for longer
- put you in touch with relevant services or support to meet your needs
- arrange a care assessment for you
