The Council is currently working on the development of several sites across the borough. This aims to make better use of the space to provide new homes for those in need.
One of these sites is 75 Woodcote Road.
We have submitted a planning application to redevelop the existing site and build a block of 11 flats.
The finished development will comprise:
- 1 one-bedroom wheelchair adapted flat
- 1 one- bedroom flat
- 9 two-bedroom flats
