How we make information accessible
Find out how we ensure that our advice, information and services are accessible to adults who have communication needs.
How we can help
When you contact us we will ask you if you have any communication needs as a result of a disability.
We can offer you different types of support. This could be:
- communication support, such as an advocate
- specific contact methods, such as only email
- specific information format, such as Makaton
- a communication professional, such as a British Sign Language interpreter
