The London Borough of Sutton and Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames Joint Recycling and Waste Technical Planning Guidance provides developers, architects, and managing agents with all the information required to ensure adequate service provision for future residents.

When planning the build of any new property or conversation of an existing property the provision of future waste collections should be considered in such a way that encourages future residents to take advantage of all recycling options available and minimise any vehicle movements with easy-to-access collection points.
