Training Offer
Our Childrens Services practitioners benefit from a wide range of learning and development opportunities.
With access to training opportunities via our Childrens Services, LSCP and Corporate LD Programmes, our practitioners are able to undertake a wide range of safeguarding and specialist training courses- see the Childrens Training site for further details.
Upon induction, all permanent practitioners will be offered 3 day training in restorative practice and all managers receive 3 day supervision training.
Developing Teaching Social Work Teaching Partnership
Sutton is one of the partners within the Developing Together Social Work Teaching Partnership.
