Since 2016, we have been conducting a borough-wide review of parking measures in Sutton. We have consulted over 90,000 residents on a range of parking proposals.
As a result:

Parking remains one of the issues of most concern to residents. We have received many further requests for a review of parking arrangements in streets across Sutton.
We will continue to review new parking requests and issues received from residents, businesses, and councillors. This will ensure that we are:

Following a formal consultation in November 2024 we received further suggested amendments for parking proposals for Kingsmead Ave/Knolls Close.

The formal stage of this consultation closes on 24 April 2025. We will then review the feedback before we decide whether or not to implement the proposals.
At this stage we are proceeding with implementing proposals for double yellow lines outside Nos 86-88 Kingsmead Ave; single yellow line waiting restrictions (operating Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm) at multiple locations on Dalmeny Road and extending a short section of double yellow lines on Dalmeny Road (adjacent to 138 Oaks Avenue).
